OPERATIONAL DISPATCH OPTIMIZATION IN AIRPORT GROUND HANDLING
  • Developed a data-driven decision support system to optimize staff dispatching in airport ground handling operations at Zurich Airport
  • Processed and analyzed large-scale operational time-series data to identify workload patterns and operational bottlenecks
  • Built forecasting and classification models (e.g. gradient boosting, LSTM, time-series transformers) to identify operationally critical days
